Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were more comfortable than other hotels I've stayed at, including the Hyatt hotels.
Disliked: Room was a little too warm for my liking. My daughter liked it, so, guess it worked out.

Liked: This has become my go-to hotel when I have to come to Nashville for any occasion. The staff is very friendly, my rooms have always been very clean and quiet, and I always get a welcome text message after I check in to make sure everything is as It should be. These little details make all the difference to me!
Disliked: The QR code said that the restaurant was closed and I couldn't view the menu when it was in fact open.

Nice hotel! Close enough to...

Liked: The property was clean upon walking in. The staff has great communication. Even when a staff member had to be away from the front desk, they left a sign to notify the customers.
Disliked: One of the elevators weren’t working, but it wasn’t an issue for those who were staying at the property.
