Liked: I liked how convenient everything was, the staff was super friendly and the place shined with polish.
Disliked: The bed was super firm, I have back issues so I left with my back hurting even more.

Staff hospitality is hit and...

Liked: Easy access to freeway and downtown.
Disliked: Because it’s literally right across the street from the freeway, you see and are reminded of those less fortunate than you (homeless tents and people in sleeping bags in the low temps under freeway bridges).Also the parking areas are a joke.

Overall good stay. Convenient location...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location.
Disliked: Rooms were small. Bed and TV positioned in weird places.

Cool place. I’d stay here...

Liked: It was in a great location, and had a fun, modern, different room layout. We stayed in a king room, at the back end of the building. There was no street noise from where we were. It had a glowing bed, a chaise longue /couch thing, a desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron…I imagine it would be great for a more extended stay, for business, too, tho we only stayed one night, for a show at Riverside. I also wish I had remembered a suit for the pool. It was a nice place, especially for the price.
Disliked: The TV is on the wall beside the bed, and does not swing out, so i doubt it would be comfortable to watch from anywhere but the corner by the window. It took us a minute to figure out how to turn off the bed lights (left side of the bed, near the outlet).
