Liked: The location is walkable in downtown Milwaukee wisconsin
Disliked: Everything the customer service & facilities we will definitely come back

Great location, comfortable stay!

Liked: Great location if you’d like to stay close to downtown. Easy walk to Pabst or Riverside Theaters, the market and several restaurants. There is a small bar at the hotel, but closes at 9.

Liked: Check in process really slow(only one person). Had two rooms on one reservation but check in girls didn’t know that for some reason.

Liked: My reservation was messed up. Paid for 2 nights thru this sight and only 1 night was reserved. Had to pay again at the hotel to get a room for friday night and 2 calls to Booking.com still did not resolve the issue

Liked: First time here I was bearly sleeping when at 2am the fire alarm went off when 2 minutes still going off I called receptionist and I asked if we needed to evacuate she said yes once downstairs it was chaos we were all outside in the cold no info what was going on after 40 minutes someone had mention a microwave had been on fire came back in receptionist crying I understand the situation but no feedback at this time it was 3am could not sleep until about 6am asked if they were offering any comp fir the inconvenience and they said no different receptionist when I asked at least breakfast she said I could charge it to the card It was too much drama especially at night it would of been fine if daytime but at 2am I was hoping for a good night sleep and not all this circus
