Cool place. I’d stay here...

Liked: It was in a great location, and had a fun, modern, different room layout. We stayed in a king room, at the back end of the building. There was no street noise from where we were. It had a glowing bed, a chaise longue /couch thing, a desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron…I imagine it would be great for a more extended stay, for business, too, tho we only stayed one night, for a show at Riverside. I also wish I had remembered a suit for the pool. It was a nice place, especially for the price.
Disliked: The TV is on the wall beside the bed, and does not swing out, so i doubt it would be comfortable to watch from anywhere but the corner by the window. It took us a minute to figure out how to turn off the bed lights (left side of the bed, near the outlet).

Disliked: I did not like the way you had to park in the back of the hotel. And then walk around to the front to of the hotel to check in.

Disliked: The customer service was not good. Upon arrival we didn’t know where to park so we called. Was immediately put on hold and she never came back to the line. We parked in the garage behind the hotel as we were attending an event. We went in and she had ONE customer checking in. The bar was not open which was why we stayed there vs another hotel. It was a Sunday night but would have been good information that it would not be open. There is a lack of information and when we called again later to ask another question we were basically hung up on. She was friendly but just unable to multitask and simply ignored guests. Odd.

Great hotel, great value

Liked: It was clean, the room was spacious, and there was a fridge. also the mirror was a Bluetooth speaker which is really nice. Had a great time and already booked our next stay.
Disliked: The parking lot was a little difficult to find but not bad at all.
