Disliked: The room was a weird bed and closet layout that didn’t allow for comfortable in and out from one of the corners of the bed. The shower also had a huge spider inside

Disliked: Breakfast is terrible for the price you pay. Even the motel 8 puts out a better breakfast and for freeAlso, NO FREE COFFEE!! Do yourself a favor, book across the street with La Quinta: cheaper, awesome breakfast that’s included with your stay, and coffee all day!!

A suite with no love...

Liked: Location was good, easy parking etc
Disliked: I booked a generous sized suite and generous it was. However it was a very spartan “suite”. I asked for the email address of the manager to advise them of my concern but that bounced. For example it has a large lounge with a couch, a work desk and a small round table - but no chairs for the table. No cushions for the very uncomfortable couch. No coffee table to sit your cup or food etc. No rugs or “decor softness” to make it feel like a suite. It was just a big box open feeling room. The bedroom is also generous but wait - no cabinet, no drawers, no shelves in the wardrobe. Just another silly round table (no chairs) again. Who interior designed that? So you just dump all your clothes on a small round table - or live out of your suitcase. But that is not why you book a “suite”. There is a coffee pod machine that also makes tea (also pods). But you only get 1 tea per day. Tough if you both wanted a cup of tea. Also, that alcove where you make the tea is like the rest of the suite - very dark. There is little lighting so take your torch to read the coffee machine instructions. The bathroom does not have one towel hook to hang a wet towel (unless you use the vanity and towel touches the floor. In this “suite” it’s the little missing things that kill it. I would not return. There is no love or feeling in the room. It’s just a room and not a suite. Sorry but I hope changes are made.

Liked: I liked everything about the hotel. Great location, friendly staff, place was very clean, beds amazingly comfortable and room was very spacious.
Disliked: our TV wasn't working

Disliked: Room service procedures were not explained and we went 2 days without clean towels and sheets. Trash piled up!
