Liked: I liked the fact that the rooms were clean including the bathroom. It was a nice hotel. Great parking! Hotel lobby was nice!
Disliked: I did not get a warm and cozy feeling about the hotel itself. Maybe adding something like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the front lobby might help. Overall I thought the hotel was a bit "stale".

Liked: I liked its proximity to Evergreen Walk
Disliked: Two things: 1. the management texted to let me know that housekeeping would clean our room on the 3rd day of our stay, but this did not happen. I had to go to the front desk to inquire and connect with housekeeping in the hallway to have our trash and recycle bins emptied. Cleaning the room did not happen until the next day when we checked out. 2. There was also an additional charge to our room for "room occupancy" when we checked out. Isn't it occupying the room expected when you book a stay at a hotel?
