The hotel is clean and...

Liked: I liked its proximity to Evergreen Walk
Disliked: Two things: 1. the management texted to let me know that housekeeping would clean our room on the 3rd day of our stay, but this did not happen. I had to go to the front desk to inquire and connect with housekeeping in the hallway to have our trash and recycle bins emptied. Cleaning the room did not happen until the next day when we checked out. 2. There was also an additional charge to our room for "room occupancy" when we checked out. Isn't it occupying the room expected when you book a stay at a hotel?

Liked: Very nice hotel, clean, good breakfast. The location is excellent, right behind a very nice mall. Easy place for walking.
Disliked: The Bluetooth bathroom mirror surprised me when I turned it on. I didn't know what it was and the mirror spoke back. A bit of a surprise. Pretty minor thing. Now I know.
