Wouldn't stay here again!

Liked: The security and the room was beautiful.
Disliked: The front desk when we checked in was rude and argued with us. We paid a month ahead of time and still got charged again for a deposit once we arrived. The parking was a joke. No parking available. Haven't received our deposit back. There was a hole in the floor on the 5th floor.

Liked: Location to spots of interest was excellent.
Disliked: Parking situation was not the best- had to park in an “overflow” lot down the street. For a hotel this size, more parking would be desirable. Also, a pad of paper and writing utensil in the room would’ve been nice.
