Hotel Ok, organizing flop

Liked: Property at self is good. Close to LAX Nice GYM.
Disliked: Pickup Service & Communication was very poor. We wrote two times to the Hotel when we arrive. The only response was one more times an advertisement message. After we waited for 20min we figured out that you have to organise the transfer with a dispatch office. I tried to ask the hotel for help as i was not able to reach the phone with an international number. Driver was very friendly. Hotel staff Ok.

my stay was fair enough...

Liked: i liked that the location is near the airport and there is a free shuttle to drop off and bring from the airport.
Disliked: I did not like the room cleaning service because you have to ask for cleaning even if you did not put in the privacy card.

Disliked: No-one wants to refund me my money for checking out early. The way. the staff talked to me about it.
