Not great.

Liked: Plenty of parking
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't kept warm and both days the pancakes were tough and the ends hard. The closet in my room had a terrible odor. I sent a text response to one of the texts asking how things were going but received no response. Fortunately, I was able to hang my clothes on outside hooks on the wall. I would have insisted on another room were the hooks not available to me.

Liked: Everything about my stay was fantastic—great service, comfort, and an overall top-notch experience. Definitely a 10/10!
Disliked: The only issue was the water pressure in the room I got, which wasn’t great. They probably would have fixed it if I complained, but didn't care enough.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Wonderful, caring staff. Good location, easy walk to great pizza, Peruvian restaurant, Quiet. Shuttle service was good.

Liked: Perfect location for no-car tourists. Next to Mattel headquarter, feels like in the Barbie movie! Within walking distance to In-n-out, Starbucks and convenience stores.

Exceptional

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
