Exceptional

Liked: Great food.Very clean and modern.Friendly staff.

Liked: Hotel was in a great area. Staff was great. Only negative I have is that it wasn’t super clean. The hallways were a bit dirty. & the room had a lot of marks on the walls. Shower tiles didn’t seem to be very well cleaned There was also some stains on the sheets to ones of the beds in the room.

Great Location, Modern Hotel

Liked: Great experience, smooth check-in with friendly staff. Inviting lounge areas, rooms are good sized with modern bathroom( walk-in shower). Bar and lovely outdoor area. LAX shuttle available

Passable

Disliked: I stayed in the hotel for 6 days. The room was not cleaned, sheets and towels not changed during my entire stay there.

Convenient, quiet hotel with good...

Liked: Location, staff and amenities.
Disliked: Felt it needed new mattress but the pillows were great and I slept very well so maybe didn’t matter!

Staff were amazing

Liked: we used the shuttle several times, easy, prompt and courteous staff
Disliked: the french fries were not gluten free
