Liked: While city centre was surpringly quiet, The Flying Saucer pub is a must visit with its UFO theme and huge selection of both draught and bottle beer. Excellent location with good metro links, with the exception of the Metro Station which must have the poorest connections of any major city station in the USA
Disliked: Poor links to Amtrak Station

Great overall!

Liked: Excellent location, great facilities, polite and helpful staff, great restaurant.
Disliked: The hotel can be busy and noisy. Some rooms have connecting doors that have been sealed off but you can hear what is going on in the room next door.

Barely adequate

Liked: Very little. The staff were generally helpful. It is very well placed for the Convention centre.
Disliked: The hotel needs a refresh. It feels tired. On a busy weekend of events at the Convention Centre there were 2 of the 5 lifts out of service for repair. I understand the need for repair but on 40% of the lifts at one time is not sensible. The lighting in our room was dismal.
