Highly disappointing, staff are rude...

Liked: The layout of the room was interesting. It was almost like two rooms a living/sitting room and a bedroom.
Disliked: The staff are really nasty! I got charged twice by mistake and was upset. One of the staff suggested I go somewhere else. The other staff was rude as well. There were no compassionate at all. I’d like to see them get charged twice and get this response. A little understanding might be nice, not to be thrown out!! The manager was better. She immediately removed the charge. I also wasn’t given the right phone number to the shuttle service. I stood out in the rain for an hour to accidentally find out that it was the wrong number. U gave up and used a taxi that charged a lot. The staff were also not understanding, supportive. No one offered an apology or any remorse. This is not how you do business or call yourself hospitality staff. There was absolutely none of that. The TV remote was the worst I’ve ever seen. You could not use the volume button properly as it was difficult. 5); shower lay out wasn’t good. It was not a good hotel stay. I will not return there again!
