Liked: The property was clean during my stay, staff were friendly, and it was overall a comfortable environment.

Nice property poor customer service

Liked: It’s new, well decorated and in a good location.
Disliked: I had asked for an early check in and was advised this wasn’t on the system. We did get one room early and when we came back after an event very late we were advised that mistakes were made during check in and the second room hadn’t been allocated properly, it was corrected but in the early hours it would have been good to get straight o the room. The guy on reception apologised and said he would put some free breakfast vouchers under our door which did not happen.
