Exceptional

Liked: The property was excellent. I would recommend no one though use .Booking.com. Horrible experience with Bookings.com. Customer service is horrible. Hotel, though great. Had family emergency had to leave day early. Had hotel permission even agreed to refund. Bookings.com told me yes also then told me no refund. Horrible experience with them. Some Indian guy hung up on me. Told me we don't do refunds, period.

Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: Had to ask for towels everyday. Even when they cleaned we were left short on hand towels and wash cloths. We requested room service each day but only got it two of the five days.

It was a one and...

Disliked: We paid for an ocean view room but had zero view of the ocean as we faced a building. Totally false advertising to get people to pay more. The balcony was not even big enough to put a chair. It is really a Juliette style, again false advertising to get people to pay more. Our housekeeping didn’t replace any towels. There is literally nothing near there.

Liked: I liked that it was in a unique spot near residential streets. It was across the street from a beach. The pool and jacuzzi seemed nice. It was within walking distance from a few restaurants. The rooms were decent.
Disliked: The staff wasn't nice. The service at the bar was a joke. As in, they had never done it before. I watched people sit down , wait, then leave. Same goes for breakfast. The rooms had those stupid glass sliding doors for the bathroom. We just took turns going downstairs. Valet was $35 a day and my car was so dirty from bird poop and dirt we had to take it straight to the car wash
