Don't stay here!

Liked: I had stayed at this hotel a couple years ago multiple times and it was wonderful back then. This time it felt like a completely different hotel. Dark, dirty, bedbug vibes. My first room didn't have a working heater, room was 64° and bed had sheets with stains and definitely had not been changed since the prior guest. I asked for a different room, 52 of their rooms were out of order, but once the gal found a different room for me, that room was also dirty and dark (even with every light on) the bed sheets also had not been changed since the prior guest. I reached out to the company and received no response, I checked in to the Holiday Inn Express down the road which was perfect. I'll never go to this nasty hotel again, and feel a little ripped off that I was offered no reimbursement from Booking.com or the hotel.

Disappointing

Stay was OK, but no...

Disliked: We forgot an own pillow cover and contacted hotel through their web page after we chechked out on the same day, but no reposnse from hotel. Really disappointed.

I didn’t sleep

Liked: Loud…all night long it was loud. Sounded like people jumping on the floor all night
Disliked: Noise level

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Room wasn’t the cleanest, body hair in the shower. There were hockey teams there and the kids were loud past midnight. Pool area was dirty, small facilities.

Very good

Liked: Newly remodeled. Very clean. Great location

Exceptional

Liked: The shower pressure was awesome. The bed & pillows were super comfortable. The overall look of the room made it very homey. & we loved the Bluetooth speaker on the mirror.
Disliked: There should be a fan in the bathroom. It gets very hot after the shower.
