Liked: Pull out couch bed was terrible. Should've just slept on the couch and left the bed folded up.

Liked: I was in town for only 4 days to celebrate Chritmas with family. I was surprised the Hotel had put togheter a wrapping station for the guess to use. It made it very easy to wrap gifts.The lobby is very pretty, clean and inviting.. very friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Like I said, my trip was four nights. During my four day stayed, my room was not freshened up, not even once. To be fair two of those days were Christmas eve and Christmas day.

Disliked: Hot tub out of order, no room service because of staff shortages. The breakfast option was bad..most places offer something for free.
