Good except for the valet.

Liked: The hotel and restaurant were great. Friendly staff. The only negative thing is they try to get you to valet park. You should have an option instead of feeling forced into it. The valet guy told me he had been in Asheville for thirty years and their parking lot was the best. Well what he didn’t know is that I’ve been going to Asheville for twenty five years and first of all Cambria hotel hasn’t been there that long and I don’t appreciate being lied to. He told me I could take my chances and park on the street, but I said I’ll just park in the parking garage. Definitely a negative first impression.

Disliked: The front desk clerks were a little standoffish and not very helpful.The bartenders ignored us sitting at the bar. After maybe 10 minutes, we had to get their attention as they seemed to have no intention in helping us.

Liked: I loved this hotel - staff was so accommodating and helpful; I had a car & they had a text system that anytime I needed my car you just had to send a text & it was there waiting promptly! They room was spacious, clean, great view (I had mountain view), location - perfect - walkable to dinner, coffee....I worked out in the workout room - excellent equipment. I highly recommend! I'll stay there again!
