Conveniently located, staff super friendly...

Liked: Conveniently located, staff super friendly and helpful, room was roomy and comfortable. I was impressed with how they handled putting up displaced people from Helene and that they provided food for them and the workers that were staying there. Food was good. They had their own potable water vats. It's amazing how they are managing during this crisis and destruction. Prayers go out to everyone there.
Disliked: The lighting could be better in the room and bathroom, it's dark in the room. "Whereas the doors to the bathroom are cool looking, the light shines through and anyone trying to sleep could be bothered by the light shining through. In the scheme of things, these are small things, especially given the situation of the city.

Liked: complimentary champagne and location. bed was super comfortable. Employees were all friendly and helpful.
Disliked: no pool. we were there during Helene but hotel did the best they could under the circumstances
