Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Great location. Parking. Staff. Comfortable bed & great bathroom.
Disliked: The heating did not work. We had to use the heater in the closet. Also, maybe the room had not been occupied for a while. There was evident dust on the floors.

Liked: Wonderful location. Walked to all locations with ease; if you want to discover all the cute restaurants and bars downtown - this hotel is in the heart of it. Very friendly staff - champagne upon arrival was a plus! Free parking and breakfast. The Hemingway restaurant had terrific drinks and staff as well. Very spacious room, very clean. Great views.
Disliked: My only issue with the hotel was noise at night, all the way till 4 - 5 am. Not sure what was going on, but between the doors slamming and loud voices - it was hard to get sleep. Front desk staff told us to call them next time and they'd address it, but we only stayed two nights.Also, check prices of items in lobby before purchasing. We were surprised to pay $12 per vitamin water bottle. They offer complimentary water bottles so be sure to ask for one instead.

Liked: The view of our room in 1101 was phenomenal! If we come there again, we would ask for the same exact room with the same view again. The room was so spacious, giving plenty of space for 4 people.
Disliked: I wish that we had more room service to replenish our toiletries such as toilet paper, towels, tissue paper, etc. However, the front desk was helpful in meeting our needs for more items.

Liked: Our stay was amazing, the room was next level...really enjoyed the tub. Views were great from all angles especially from terrace. The Havana restaurant was delicious and staff was attentive. Hotel staff was great as well. Thanks for the memberable weekend stay!

Great visit at Cambria Hotel...

Liked: The hotel was located in downtown close to shops and dining. We were pleasantly surprised to find that parking and breakfast were included in our stay, but this was due to issues with the hurricane earlier that year. The staff were very helpful and although we did not have maid service during our stay (another issue from the hurricane), they did provide us with clean towels when requested. Overall it was a good stay at Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville.
Disliked: We weren't advised at check-in that there was no maid service. We failed to read the notice in our room pertaining to that and found out after calling the front desk to inquire.
