Liked: This was the friendliest, most helpful staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. They got you smiling at every opportunity. The food was excellant.

Liked: Location, comfortable bed and quiet room. Bar and service at the bar were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Disliked: Check in was slow for the guest ahead of us. A second staff member check us in all within 5 minutes.Glass shower door kept sliding open. It was annoying and inevitably splashed water on the bathroom floor. I didn't report it during my stay as I was there for a night to attend an event. The hotel is beautiful but may be understaffed. I saw a towel on the hallway floor near our room. The next day, it was still there. I dropped my earring on the floor in my room. As I'm looking for it, the floor was so dirty. Trash and dust just under the bed.
