Disliked: My room should have never been rented!!! It should have been taken out of rotation till everything was in proper condition. One of two TVs did not work, neither phone in the room worked. Safety issue as I am disabled and was sick with covid while there. And the heater did not work which was a massive issue since I was sick and freezing. I didn't know I had covid til I got home and tested but I was sick as a dog the whole time I was there. But the last straw was finding seamen yes you see right sperm on the night stand. Being a germaphobe I lost it. They did move me to a different room the next day I was there two days but it was only 4 hours till my departure to go home. The staff was minimal only two on nights and took hours to finally get through calling from my cell phone not their phones. If I had an emergency I'd be dead due to slow response from front desk and no working phones in the room. I was traveling solo and was sick. The. To find the nasty filthy body fluids was the last straw. When asked for management or a supervisor their were none on the premises. I've stayed at these chains before with no issue but this location I will never book again. This location absolutely is subpar and management needs to be fired and housekeeping retrained and taught sanitation procedures. Imaging being sick and discovering sperm next to where you lay your head and place items on the nightstand such as my water since I was ill. I spent over $300 plus for a total of two night there. Never ever again. Only one employee was above average. I did get her name but being sick I forgot it. But she came to help me move to the new room. I did inform her I was sick and didn't know if it was the flu or Covid so please come masked just to protect her. She found a mask thank God. I was able to find mask at a 7-11 next door before my flight. The nice guy at the store gave me a hand full of mask for free so I don't have to buy any.
