Liked: Good Staff and clean

Very poor upkeep of hotel.

Disliked: Hot tub broke. Ice machines broke. TV remotes had dead batteries. Shampoo and body wash is shower were empty.

Liked: It was a good location.
Disliked: The pools were dirty, as in so dirty that I didn’t feel like I could safely get into it. We didn’t have bath towels until we asked twice. We didn’t have trash liners. We only had a small portion of one roll of toilet paper. The shower flowed out into the bathroom floor.

Will never stay here again.

Liked: The phone in the room was disconnected (no cord attached) so we couldn’t call the front desk from the room, the sheets on the pull out were stained and the front desk made us go down to get them, kids were running up and down the halls banging on the doors and the staff refused to do anything about it.

Horrible pretty on the outside...

Disliked: My room was actually dirty! The bed was unmade there was trash in the trash cans, hair in the tub with dirty towels in the tub. I called to tell front desk and his response was housekeeping left he will have someone talk to them. Then he comes to the room and makes the bed with the same sheets that were already on them he didn’t replace the sheets. There was no towels because the previous person used the towels and he said we only have 1 there was 4 of us. Horrible experience I wouldn’t return for free
