Hotel is right next door to the Oriental and walking distance to others. It's clean and modern with comfortable beds for a reasonable price.

Liked: The rooms are modern, clean and offer comfortable beds.
Disliked: The parking valet is sub standard; slower than molasses on a cold day! During the busiest parts of the day they only had 1 valet which never showed any urgency to the amount of people waiting. Also, the restaurant closing soon after the theatre gets out makes getting a quick bite to eat impossible.

Disliked: The temperature gauge was horrible and likely broken. When we arrived, our room was freezing. Shouldn’t have been since it was set to 70 degrees. We had to constantly turn it up because the auto temp never “kicked in” on its own. So we were blasted with hot air for a while, then it turned off, and then our room was freezing again until we turned the heat way up again. We could not sleep! Bedding only had a sheet and thin blanket so it’s not like we could’ve just bundled up in the blankets and toughed it out. Anytime we were in the room, we were miserable.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The small fridge, coffee/tea maker, and microwave were very helpful. The staff was friendly and professional, and the game room was well-suited for teleworking.

Liked: The location is perfect. Easy for public transportation. Close to shops/restaurant. Close to Chicago key places to visit such as Riverwalk, the Bean, Theaters, and many else.
Disliked: Major None. Minor: housekeeping require a request a day before. Breakfast isn't available.
