Disliked: For 4 a star hotel, you’d expect a dental kit in the bathroom, bottles of water available for drinking and coffee, sleeping aid kit as well

A clean modern hotel with...

Liked: A really nice location with really comfortable beds. The room was lovely and clean with a really nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Having to pay to park overnight whilst being a guest seems crazy.

Liked: The restaurant food was excellent. The staff was very helpful
Disliked: The bathroom light was broken! The light could not be turned off. I did not discover until almost 10 pm. Did not want someone to come and fix at that late hour. The night staff did not know information on whether the road was open or closed to Malibu.

Disliked: The fact that the internet and comcast was down for the entire 4 days I was there costing me a lot of money in data as I’m roaming from Australia! Disappointed they didn’t get it fixed in a timely manner when u pay a lot of money to stay.
