Liked: The hotel's location is fantastic, offering excellent connectivity to both Boston and Cambridge. The staff were friendly and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered great value for the price. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Great stay...one small incident, but...

Liked: My room was immaculate, halls were quiet, restaurant service and meal were excellent.
Disliked: One front desk crew member was not very friendly when I asked a simple and reasonable ADA question about a slightly later checkout for me, an 80 year old with a disability. (Perhaps he was just in a poor mood.) However, a fantastic team member stepped up and answered my question promptly with a smile and saved my day!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable; staff extremely efficient, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Water temperature in the shower was hard to regulate and somewhat inconsistent.

This is our second visit...

Liked: The lobby is beautiful and comfortable for lounging. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel staff were helpful.
Disliked: We had dinner one evening at the restaurant Josephine. While the food was good, the service was decidedly lacklustre. Some members of our party received their food over 20 minutes before others, and in one instance it was the same dish. When asked, the waiter didn’t seem at all bothered.

Superb
