Disliked: Very disorganized. Front desk staff was rude. Also was unaware the only parking option was $55 valet, which was a waste of money because the valet attendant didn’t even bring us our car, he walked us to it when we needed it. Will not stay here again. Not worth the money. Very poor experience.

9/10! The staff is SO...

Liked: I loved how attentive the staff is. They text you and if you have an issue, they rapidly call to fix it. For example, when I got into my 1st room, I received a text asking how I like the room. I mentioned how our neighbour was loud. They called us on the room’s phone and offered to move us. To our surprise, they moved us to a SUITE! It was amazing!
Disliked: There was dried soap on the shower wall that was not scrubbed.

It was okay!

Liked: Nice breakfast area
Disliked: The shower was dirty and garbage can in bathroom. No microwave in the room. The price online was same as hotel. But the room was not of quality standards.
