Nice place but be sure...

Liked: The property was clean and staff were lovely
Disliked: My main complaint is about coffee. The room has a nespresso but only decaf pods. I decided that didn’t matter until I discovered the coffee in the lobby is not complimentary, mediocre and expensive ( almost $6 for a small cup). Also chose it for its downtown location but it is actually located on the highway

All right, but a bit...

Liked: Nice staff, pool and close to downtown.
Disliked: Staff seemed overworked, check in was delayed, and when not part of a conference it seemed you got second place in terms of ordering breakfast and getting coffee.

Great value with so much...

Liked: Location is great, valet is smooth and quick, rooms are nice with modern look and technology

Booked a king bed but...

Disliked: Booked a king bed but they “ran out” had to settle for a queen. The A/C did not work

Liked: Modern. Pool area is nicely appointed. King suites very spacious. Right around the corner from Rainey Street.
Disliked: Noise: Proximity to Rainey Street means you will be treated to booming bass that shakes the hotel until 3 am. Request extra earplugs.Housekeeping: 1. My suite had no bottled water, and two requests for bottled water went unanswered. What hotel would charge top dollar and provide Nespresso coffee, but expect guests to make coffee with tap water? 2. The tissue box held a wadded up bunch of tissues -- one of which still had what I can only assume was a previous guest's makeup on it. Draw your own conclusions about the cleanliness of the room. Card access: You have to swipe your card for everything, from accessing your floor in the elevator to filling your ice bucket. Seriously. You have to HOLD your room card over the sensor to dispense free ice. Seems totally unnecessary.Pool: Freezing. Would be much more usable if it were heated to a reasonable temperature.Lobby bar: An Aperol spritz that sells in Venice for $5 was $20 at this hotel, including an automatic gratuity. And it wasn't even a full glass. Parking: There is no parking except valet at $50 a day, and no reasonable public parking is nearby. Know before you go!

Liked: Very clean and had a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance
Disliked: I didn't feel the staff was welcoming. The rooftop menu was not updated, so I ended up not being able to order anything ( the options at the time were very limited). No one was available to make a mocktail at the lobby bar until 2pm. Overall a beautiful hotel. I visited the hotel early Oct2024

The luxury of the room...

Liked: The location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The courtesy of the staff. And all the amenities that the hotel offered.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like
