Disliked: So, Imma try to keep this short:-it was snowing at my destination so my flight was cancelled. -Since flight was cancelled, I looked up hotels near the canton-Akron airport since it was late and transportation was not reliable. -Saw on third party app this hotel that had shuttle service to airport- I called this hotel IN ADVANCE to confirm if they had shuttles to the airport, and if so if they allowed customer rides. I explained my flight was cancelled and the whole situation. Literally the. Whole. Situation. - “Asharm:” (name on receipt for check out) answers and says they have them available to customers. He fully Confirmed. -I book a room through said third party app and even confirmed w/ “asharm” IF I got a room, I WOULD be able to get a shuttle. That was the absolute whole point.-Called Hotel for Asharm to say i got the room and he tells me basically , “never mind I don’t know, here’s another person on the phone.”- at this point I can’t get a refund cause it is through third party.I am someone who understands if you get something mixed up but listen… I called. That’s the gag. I made sure before getting the room just to be told never mind. Not good.Also…. I was the only person at the breakfast… only for a worker to come up to me and ask me to confirm my room. Like… actually CAME UP TO ME while i was getting food and asked me to confirm my room. it’s giving racism. No thank you.

Liked: Pleasant. Up to date. Clean.
Disliked: Fridge was anit dirty. Breakfast cost extra and there was no variety. Literally just eggs, sausage and potatoes. Bakery goods were only bagel/toast and hostess wrapped cinnamon squares.

Convenient but not as good...

Liked: The location was ideal.
Disliked: Elevators inoperative. Ice machines not working. Room alarm clock not working. Would not accommodate a one-hour late checkout. Breakfast was not free.
