Location was excellent

Liked: Location was good, right in the middle of the city. Parking is just 5-10 minutes walk

Liked: Fantastic location! Also great staff especially Mr Marouen Jeboli, who was exceptionally helpful. The lift was broken when we arrived, and my friend being very senior, and we checked in quite late, but he helped us to find a room at the first floor, also helped with all the suitcases. There is no tea making facility in our room, Mr Jeboli had provided us with a thermos of hot water. And he was very patient and helpful with informations on the restaurants shops taxi booking etc
Disliked: air con is quite noising. Also, mattress on the beds are the worst we experience on our trip in Germany.

Old hotel close to Dom...

Liked: The hotel is close to the Cathedral and train station. It is in the centre of the shopping area. I asked for a quiet room and got one facing the inner courtyard. Because it was quiet I could sleep with the windows open instead if using the AC.There were plenty of hangers in the cupboard. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: One of the desk clerks opened my door just after I walked into my room to hand me the TV remote - he did not knock !The walls are very thin so I was disturbed by the laughing teenagers next door who kept me awake till 3am !I was locked out of the hotel when the desk clerk was cleaning up out the back.Wifi makes use of hotshots which are not suitable.

Liked: Location right in City Centre is good for shops, sites (next to Dom) and the bars/restaurants on the river. The staff were brilliant with us, so friendly. Breakfast is good. And AC which was a blessing.
Disliked: Nothing

Very cooperative staff and breakfast...

Liked: Location is very good, breakfast is good and room is Ok.
Disliked: The Room is small.
