Affordable Close to Disneyland, room...

Liked: Incredibly affordable location to Disneyland. The staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. The rooms had great lighting, the water pressure was great and the TV has streaming capabilities. The complimentary snacks and waters were really helpful for my daughter’s snack habits and useful when we ran out of water to take to the parks with us.
Disliked: The surrounding area is questionable, definitely didn’t feel safe to be outside at night, but we really weren’t so it’s sort of a non stater. The rooms could be cleaner, there was soap and toothpaste scum on the glasses, soap dish, and sink fixtures when we checked in. One of the towel racks was falling off the wall slightly enough I didn’t feel comfortable using it. The headboards, because of their coloring showed very visible dust, everything, minus the bedding which was 100% clean, felt like it needed a thorough wipe down. The lack of a shower door has the water spray pretty far out of the bathroom, additionally the drain couldn’t keep up with the water pressure. We had some unruly neighbors which was dealt with right away once bought to the properties attention it’s just something to keep in mind, but is something that we’ve experienced at all hotels no matter the price. More storage, like a slightly larger dresser would be beneficial.

Liked: Cute and convenient. Close to Disneyland and there is a liquor store and taco truck on the property. You can also see the Disneyland fireworks from the parking lot.
Disliked: The fireworks were very loud at night. Only lasted a few minutes though so not terrible.

Liked: This place was fantastic! We were visiting Disneyland and were looking for something affordable yet nice and comfortable for the family, and this spot was perfect. The rooms were immaculate, updated, and modern. The shower felt luxurious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest after a long day at the parks. We also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary snacks, water, and coffee, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The mugs provided were so cute, and we ended up taking a couple home as souvenirs! The kids loved the outdoor games, and the little patio table was great for enjoying a morning coffee or evening snack. The outdoor lights in the common areas were stunning—I'm not sure if they were just for the season since we visited in November, but they definitely added a magical touch to the atmosphere.What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Kevin, the front desk attendant, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He was so accommodating and really made us feel welcome.The location was also a huge plus—just a 5-minute drive from Disneyland, which made it super easy to get to and from the park. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay near Disneyland. We'll definitely be back!

Liked: I had an amazing stay at California Inn in Anaheim and highly recommend it! From the start, the staff made us feel right at home, going above and beyond by arranging transportation for us to Anaheim Plaza. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is outstanding.The staff is like the hotel’s unofficial fairy godparents. Whether offering snacks or helping with transportation, their friendly nature and helpfulness truly enhanced our stay. They’re always there to make everything easier and brighter!The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. The location is perfect—just two bus stops from Disneyland, with a bus stop right outside. There’s also a convenience store next door and great food delivery options.If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, convenient place near Disneyland, California Inn is a fantastic choice. Great service from the staff and an overall wonderful experience. Five stars!
