Lovely country staycation

Liked: Me and my boyfriend had a pleasure of staying at the calf’s head for two nights. This was a such a lovely place for us to stay - the staff were nothing but kind and welcoming, the rooms were really big and clean with an extremely comfortable bed and the food from the pub was absolutely gorgeous. It’s not surrounded by much, but it’s going a little walk to enjoy the nature. We had such a lovely stay and would love to come back.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: It was clean.The staff were very accommodating.The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The room was cold even though the radiator was turned on.

Lovely stay

Liked: Check in was quick & easy. The room was lovely, with a big comfortable bed, a big bathroom & good shower. The restaurant was very busy but we had been saved a table as we were staying. It is well staffed & we were well looked after. We both enjoyed our meals & wished we'd had time for desserts which looked lovely. Breakfast was also good with friendly staff.
Disliked: Just for info - I thought it was a pub but no bar area, it is a large restaurant (with rooms) & so not open late.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, staff very accommodating and friendly, the surrounding areas were absolutely beautiful
Disliked: The bedroom/bathroom are a little dated and could do with a freshen up and new flooring
