Liked: Location and helpfulness of the staff

Pleasant hotel. Would book again.

Liked: Easy location in Jesmond as we were visiting in the area. Room was lovely and staff welcoming.
Disliked: Fire door banging outside the room - they need to fit a soft close! Shampoo also hadn’t been filled in the shower which was a little annoying.

Lovely hotel.

Liked: Lovely hotel. Great location and wonderful staff. Great bar adjoining although staff struggled a little during busy times.
Disliked: The room was incredibly hot. Had to open a window so it was a little noisy.

Liked: Staff all amazing, lovely fantastic people
Disliked: Room was to a little dated, I wouldn't give it 4 stars, room temp far too hot also, was like a sauna
