Good location, room was poor,...

Liked: Room had a leak coming from the light fitting in the ceiling, room was quite a scruffy room for the money. They advertised a games room so I booked the hotel because of my son. It had a pool table that was it. The restaurant section of the hotel for the evening was at the side of the bar circa 5 tables, tv didn’t work and the bar was super loud you couldn’t have a conversation.

Disliked: The room could do with been cleaned better beds needed pulled at and skirting boards washed very dusty behind the furniture

Liked: Great stay, lovely staff and breakfast.Pity we couldn't check in on time at 3pm as we'd arrived early n told we'd have to wait. All staff including cleaning staff tried their best and all apologised for the late check in which was lovely.
