Liked: Room was clean and comfortable with generous amenities. Very well located in Ullapool with free parking. It did get loud as we were above the main rooms but got quiet around 10pm which is fine.

Liked: Nice place, and the pub was good. Didn’t eat there as over heard some guest mentioned it was bit the best place to eat but did have breakfast there which was ok.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food in the restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: There was no lift and we were on the 2nd floor, not easy when you have Osteoarthritis.

Disliked: Severely over priced for a very basic hotel , Kitchen staff cant cope with a busy restaurant, an hrs wait... The water pressure in the room was so poor , I'd have been quicker going down to the loch with a bar of soap...

Liked: Breakfast was good.staff were really friendly.excellent location.car park and easily found and spaces good size. Room was newly refurnished and mattress very comfy.
Disliked: No lift.

Good hotel central location

Liked: The hotel was central to the town. Room clean and tidy and did not hear any noise from other guests
Disliked: Nothing
