Liked: Didn’t realize our room didn’t have a shower but managed. The bed and pillows were hard. Breakfast was good and hospitality was awesome.

Liked: Location was fine, the room was great the the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Really nothing at all, all went well.

Not bad but probably won’t...

Liked: Good location only a 10 minute walk to the plaza. The breakfast wasn’t bad but has a lot of room for improvement the choice of teas and coffees is good the quality of the food served is meh. The staff are all friendly some of the rules and practices are bizarre eg the main entrance is at the back and to get to the back one has to walk along a poorly lit path.Lights come on after you passed them (super dangerous).there is one small fridge on site for guests to use it’s on the FRONT step but as I said you can’t enter the front door from the outside getting to the front porch is also a fairly dangerous exercise due to the lighting. The shower in the room was the worst that I have ever encountered and I travelled in China in the early 90s the challenge of getting the hot and cold to be in balance long enough to have a shower was a mighty one . The staff we very nice and the availability of a freshly baked cookie each afternoon was nice touch

Great place to relax and...

Liked: wonderful location, comfortable charming rooms, and overall lovely place to stay. The breakfast was excellent. The front porch is huge and a lovely place to sit and read, talk, sip wine, or generally do nothing. The inside sofas and sitting rooms are also quite nice. Good wifi.
Disliked: The shower in our room was not only small, but the shower head was difficult and it was hard to get a decent shower. The Baby Boomer Lushes drank up all the complementary bottle of wine in the late afternoons. It would have been nice if the staff could have been aware and maybe provided another one for those of us who weren't circling around at exactly 4 pm.

Delightful location, wonderful hosts

Liked: The staff was vry friendly and helpful. The location - a short walk to the Healdsburg Central Square - was unbeatable! The Inn is lovely and has lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Also, the complimentary glass of Zinfandel was delicious!

Superb

Disappointing in many ways, except...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive. Would be nice if they told you what breakfast was going to be. Location was good, maybe 10 minutes from downtown area, and in a quiet area.
Disliked: Door locked at check-in, no staff at desk, no way to get in. Guests let me in but no one at desk, had to have housekeeper find my key. Was promised wine at check in but there was none. No shower, had to sit in tub, water all over floor. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. TV was up at ceiling level above the armoire, could not view it at any comfortable angle. No bottled water, although there was a machine in the lobby - no one told me it was there. No fridge in room - you had to go outside on the porch to get to a fridge! Unbelievable for a property this expensive. Will never stay here again.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Wine in the evening was good.
