Another Lovely stay at Caistor...
Liked: Helpful Staff. Stayed in Room 17 this time, having stayed in other rooms on previous visitsPlush Towels and White Company Toiletries Good options for breakfast
Disliked: Was a chilly evening, room could have been warmer.

Liked: We didn’t have breakfast. We loved the staff
Disliked: New Mattresses please? / paint where needs a fresh coat or touch up/ freezing cold room that took forever to warm up. Hooks for towels would be nice. For such an incredible spot - the rooms need to be brought up to speed. I’d recommend visiting for a meal - but a stay - hmmm- and it wouldn’t take much to elevate the rooms

Liked: Restaurant food
Disliked: Bedroom was cold, and additional heater only had 1 leg. Air conditioning/heating unit was on ceiling but had no remote control. Bed was uncomfortable and creaky. Furnishings and decor needs attending to. Phone in room had no wire to plug in so unusable. Shutters on window broken. No heating in bathroom. TV screen blocked by 4 poster bed.Would I return? NO.
