Disliked: The room was way over priced. The tv didn’t work properly, we couldn’t control the thermostat in the room so it we had to open the window for the night.

Disliked: Having booked two rooms and spending a small fortune in the hotel function suite, I found it utterly bizarre that a hotel would ask a paying guest to pay an additional £45pp (x4) for SOLE USE of the hotel pool. (No interest in spa treatments)Having checked through emails it makes absolutely no mention of this expensive swim in champagne ONLY OPTION . £180 for 4 people to kill an hour in the hotel pool absolutely outrageous pricing

Disliked: Having booked two rooms at the Cairndale for a family function within the hotel, one the luxury king room, which to be honest was not befitting of its title nor was the room reflective in its overpriced cost. However, my main concern was being asked to pay an additional £45pp (x4) for use of the hotel POOL ONLY for 1 HOUR. There's absolutely no way this extortionate additional cost to a resident(x4) can be justified, none.poor show Cairndale.
