Liked: Location the bar staff lovely easy to park only first visit but hotel lovely just rooms well our room 21 very tired decorating standards very poor
Disliked: Room noisy from 5.30 am for traffic as window has a gap but we did report this as very windy night aswell and coming threw gap did not sleep well but bar the room the hotel is lovely

Liked: spa was excellent, casual dining room/bar was nice
Disliked: breakfast was not very good, evening was a bit bizarre as steady stream of workman coming in and out of bar in work clothes.

Disliked: You have to carry your luggage up steps from parking to the entrance

Liked: The reception staff were very helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is close to the town centre.
