Liked: Friendly staff who all remembered me as a regular guest. My wife and I stay there because she loves the fish and chips room service.
Disliked: It was really bad weather, not the hotels fault LOL

Liked: The location was central with only a short walk to the centre of Harrogate. The price of our stay was very reasonable with basic rooms, tea coffee and biscuits provided with towels changed, rooms serviced, beds made and the hotel suited our purpose of a place to stay near to amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly and when we asked for a taxi, one was ordered immediately. Rooms were warm. Overall, excellent value.
Disliked: Maybe a limit updating but still excellent value.
