Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast and service at breakfast were outstanding. The room decor was gorgeous and the bed was super comfy.
Disliked: I stayed in a room above reception on the 1st floor. It was quite noisy and myself and other residents were awoken during the night to loud shouting and screaming from near the reception area and this continued for quite some time until the Gardai arrived. This was unfortunate as it was out of the staff's hands that this occurred. I don't believe it is a poor reflection on the staff or the hotel facilities which I could not fault. Unfortunately, on checkout, the lovely lady at reception was unaware any of this had occurred during the night.
