Warm welcome and comfy bed.

Liked: Lots of lovely old features and big bedroom. Relatively new ensuite. Very pleasant staff.
Disliked: No lift. Reception did offer to bring my bag up and I should have said yes. I am not used to stairs as I live in a bungalow. I managed fine in the end.

Liked: Excellent food from the "O'Brian's Bar" , I tries 3 different mains and a dessert during my stay - all great.The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.Location - central in town so you could walk to any of the lovely local attractions.
Disliked: TV reception struggled on a lot of channels (maybe an ariel upgrade could help? - not a major issue as it was just background noise for me.)Doors were loud when closing (other guests at 6am) maybe something to soften them?
