A lovely hotel but prepare...

Liked: The property is beautiful and the location was great for our concert. The view from our room overlooking the river was lovely.
Disliked: We didn’t like the fact that we had to wait for our 21 year old daughter to stand in a long line to get her ID’s (passport should have been enough as well) checked. The head of security needs to be punished for screaming at my husband and getting up in his face. That was absolutely uncalled for. If you are going to inconvenience those of us who are there to stay in the hotel snd not visit the casino and we have to stand and wait for almost an hour before we can even go to our room is ridiculous. They need to have a better system in place like provide a wrist band at CHECK IN so we don’t have to be checked over and over just to walk through the casino to get to our hotel room that we paid an insane price for. I’ve stayed at this hotel before but this visit was not entirely pleasant due to the casino restrictions and security should be de escalating any problems, not making the guests feel threatened.
