Big Disappointment

Liked: It was a convenient location.
Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel we spoke with the front desk and requested a late check out of 12pm and they were able to accommodate, which we were happy about. The following day at 11:15 someone tried to enter our room to clean it. We spoke to front desk and they apologized and said they would extend the check out until 1:00pm for the inconvenience. At 12:15 someone again tried to enter the room. We spoke to front desk again and they seemed to think this was funny. Then the supervisor came to the room to speak with us and all she said was it’s not the housekeepers fault because no one told her. We are aware it is not the housekeepers fault but someone should have informed them and this should never have happened. The front desk should not have been laughing about the situation when we tried to contact them. We also had to be a $28.00 resort fee when we could not access the resort items such as the hot tubs spas, no in room dining, no room service. Seems to be quite an expensive place for not a lot to offer! Big disappointment!
