Liked: I like how spacious the rooms were and that there is a casino downstairs!
Disliked: No complaints

Disappointing

Liked: Rooms were nice and clean!
Disliked: All restaurants on site weren't open! And no microwave in rooms! You guys charged me a resort fee and had to pay additional same resort fee upon checking in!? I think I should get that resort fee refunded by Booking.com!? A little misleading and not worth hassle of booking through 3rd party when the price ends up being exactly same! If I don't receive compensation probably won't use you guy's again and delete ap! Actually think that's why did before because really not worth hassle or time when u can usually save money n time going directly through property!

Liked: Staff and facilities were great
Disliked: The bathroom in the room was not clean. As a previous housekeeper for a well known hotel chain, the bathroom was less than desirable. There was hair and dirt/debris behind the doors.

Disliked: Smoking room was f-ing horrific , couldn’t sleep , we don’t smoke , staying 12 days , probably f-ing die of lung cancer

Liked: Smoke filled, Rude staff, horrible food.
Disliked: Staff knocking at door at 0900 asking what time we were leaving even at the granted request of Late checkout. THE WILTED SALAD ordered for dinner digusting.
