Liked: The casino being close
Disliked: The room was dusty, refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned out.

Liked: The king bed needs replaced.It was very lumpy. Need better restaurants in casino.Parking was very unusual to get to lobby. The cigarette smell was horrible.

Liked: I liked that everything was close to hotel
Disliked: Most of restaurants are not even open except weekends which only gave us one option to eat at since it was during weekday. Plus we were told pool was open then it ended up being closed.

We got No Sleep on...

Liked: The staff at the hotel and casino were all great. The casino was fun but we did have to wait quite a while to play roulette because they only had two tables open. They did finally open a third table but the min bet was $25 whereas the other two tables had a $15 min bet. The casino was fun but we were so disappointed with our room. The shower head was dirty and had very little water pressure.. The room had a bit of an odor and smelled of smoke although it was a non smoking room. They also make you pay a resort fee for things we never used! But, my biggest complaint was the bed.. The comforter looked so old, wrinkled and faded which I would’ve been ok with but there was not a fitted sheet on the bed!! All night the bottom flat sheet kept slipping down and we would wake up sleeping on the itchy, thin mattress topper which I assume doesn’t get washed often! We didn’t go to bed and realize the sheet problem until well after midnight so we tried to make the bed work instead of calling for one so late but we got very little sleep that night! We were gonna stick around and hit the casino for a few more hours that morning before leaving but after getting no sleep we just got up early and got out of there. We were originally planning another trip here to bring our group of casino friends with us but unfortunately after the hotel experience, I don’t think we will be returning.. I expected so much nicer from Caesars

Disliked: We paid extra for a "Nature View" room and the view was obstructed. The hotel is under renovation and our window was covered by plastic. We couldn't see out at all.
