Passable

Liked: The location was great and the base price of the room was reasonable but so many added charges for everything. The pools were very nice but again no free seating available any day we were there so have to pay hundreds of dollars just to sit by the pool.
Disliked: With 4 people staying in a room it was unreasonable to me that 4 devices couldn’t use the internet service. I paid for free check-in but when I got there of course only a more expensive upgraded room was ready for check-in. I ordered an Amazon Fresh delivery of water bottles and snacks but the front desk refused to accept it when it came. No free seating available at the pools during our 4 day stay. Even the coffee maker in the room required a $25 purchase to buy a coffee kit!!!! Bring your wallet and don’t expect even basic amenities to be covered.

Poor

Liked: Liked:The room had a nice design and the bed was large and soft. The hotel looks grand at first glance and is beautifully decorated.Disliked:Despite the name and appearance, this hotel does not meet 5-star standards and is not worth the price. The room was poorly cleaned — there was visible dust everywhere, the walls were dirty, and surfaces like the minibar and table were so dusty you could draw on them. I have a dust allergy and could barely breathe in the room. The pillows were feather-filled, and I had a severe allergic reaction, waking up with a rash on my chest.Other issues:•Shower tiles were cracked•Elevator tiles were damaged•Mirror was crooked•Coffee table was worn down•Duvet cover had holes•No slippers, robes, or dental kits•Very low-quality toilet paper•The air conditioner was extremely loud and couldn’t be turned off, making it difficult to sleep.Communication was also poor — they don’t respond on Booking.com, only send endless automated emails.Overall:This hotel survives on its famous name — and we fell for it. But it’s badly in need of renovation and deep cleaning. There are plenty of newer, cleaner, and more comfortable hotels in Las Vegas for the same price. Definitely not the 5-star experience they promise.
