Awesome!
Liked: The location of the facility is awesome. You can reach anywhere easily. Food alternatives is large. Personnel welcoming from the start till the end. We will come back again.
Disliked: nothing especially. smoking rooms only suites.

Superb
Liked: We stayed at Collesem Tower at Ceasar's and it was close to the shopping forum, self and valet parking, and restaurants.
Disliked: Smoking casino, anyone can access elevators without access room key which I think is not secure for guests staying at hotel.

Disliked: There was human semen on our couch and we were offered to 'put a cloth over the couch'the staff member at checkout was extremely rude Faroud and very unhelpful

Card declined; Reservation was canceled...

Disliked: I arrived at the front desk to check in and they informed me that they had canceled my reservation due to a declined card. I had made my reservation many months prior and never received any communications indicating that my reservation had been canceled. They told me it was Booking.coms issue and that we had to get email confirmation from Booking.com directly to the hotel that our reservation was still confirmed. I spent the next 2.5 hours trying to reconcile the discrepancy between the hotel and Booking.com even though I could login to my Booking.com account and show the hotel my confirmation. I finally got someone with Booking.com to send the confirmation email, but they hung up and the hotel never received the email. I tried once more to get Booking.com on the phone, but the reps kept hanging up. Eventually, I told the hotel that I am simply not going to spend my entire night trying to reconcile the issue and I am going to go book elsewhere. The hotel manager then offered to honor my reservation at the same rate which they should have done 2.5 hours earlier! It wasn't my issue that there was a discrepancy between the hotel and Booking.com and yet I was stuck spending my entire evening trying to reconcile the issue. I realized it was the hotels issue when I tried to run my same card again and it declined again. Either the hotel didn't notify Booking.com that my card had been declined and simply canceled my reservation without notice or Booking.com never received the information. Upon checkout, I ran the same card again and it worked just fine. The hotels system is messed up and only accepts certain cards certain ways. Someone dropped the ball on my reservation and it wasn't me, but is anyone going to own up to the mistake? Maybe the hotel did by ultimately honoring my original reservation. Regardless, I am reluctant to use Booking.com again and will certainly never stay at this hotel again.

Great location and amenities!
Liked: We never left the property during our short stay. Everything we wanted was on the property.
Disliked: Hated walking through Smokey casino area to get to our room and restaurants

My arrival was disappointing but...
Liked: Location was nice. Hotel was beautiful and well kept/clean.
Disliked: I was disappointed to arrive to find that booking.com cancelled my reservation without any warning or notice. No one from Caesar’s or Booking called or emailed to alert me my card was not working. I could have easily provided another form of payment but instead was turned away with no other options after traveling all day.
