Disliked: No breakfast room , they ask for you passport when checking in . Then they ask for your passport to go to the casino for dinner which by the way was empty . Twice I had to go up to my room to get the passport . I have stayed here before and no problem however I will never return to this hotel.

Liked: updated throughout hotel. Staff VERY polite.
Disliked: Unable to reach hotel by phone asked to email. We missed valet, circled building found on our own. Peep hole cover in room didn’t close, door stop didn’t stop door from closing. 3 hrs of an alarm going off next to us with NO answer at front desk, phone rang than went to busy, had to email them. Needed Advil, gift shop closed at 9pm. Vending machine not fully stocked.Many areas were empty of slots, or out of order. Had to show ID everytime you enter casino unlike any that I’ve been to in Biloxi or Las Vegas.At 9pm there were not many choice of pizza at Pizza Cake for take out, at our room both slices were burnt.

Liked: It was brand new and the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: They still have a large amount of construction going on and started early in the mornings around 7AM.

Liked: It was very clean. And the staff was phenomenal. The staff was very accommodating, which made it more enjoyable.
Disliked: We paid double price for one night due to a famous singers concert.

It was an expensive stay...

Liked: I thought the hotel was beautiful and my room was excellent. Very large and comfortable.
Disliked: I checked in expecting to pay the $20 overnight parking fee. After I parked, the rates were raised to $40 which is the rate closer to the valet parking total. Had I been aware of the increase, I would have chosen valet instead of self parking.
