Very disappointed for how little...

Liked: location was great
Disliked: coffee pot overheated after every cup, blow dryer sounded like it had rocks rattling in it, pillows were AWFUL, staff was just friendly enough to barely answer a question but nothing more, overall disappointed in how old and outdated everything was considering the price of the room

Liked: Room was nice, clean and pretty. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Water smelled like sewage. Construction was bad. No signs for directions for garage. Could barely access the garage elevator due to roped off construction crews. Check in staff were not friendly. Very dry and curt personality. I've had much better experience in the past

Disliked: It was a pricey one night stay in comparison to nearby hotels and the casino isn’t directly linked to the hotel.

Liked: The fitness center is amazing! The doormen were always so polite and full of smiles each time they saw us. I felt like they enjoyed being there and liked our presence. The rooms were quiet which made it easy to stay asleep through the night.
Disliked: The front desk staff acted as though our presence was a nuisance at best when we interacted with them. They mostly ignored us. As I was checking out I had information I wanted to share and the woman kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me simply speak as though she didn’t have time for hearing me. There is no spa. The “spa” listed in booking.com and Google is false advertisement. There is a strong mold and mildew smell and for good reason. We found mold in the stairwell. There was no phone, no radio, no soap, etc. Carpets and walls very dirty. Overall, we spent way more on this hotel than we should have. I attached pics all from our room, the hallway, and the stairwell door. It was gross.
