Nice family weekend

Liked: Friendly people and perfect location
Disliked: We stayed at Harrah’s and it’s definitely outdated compared to the rest

Liked: The curtains actually closed in the middle. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean.
Disliked: Could hear the bathroom sink gurgle every few minutes. It made sense when it happened after we used the bathroom sink but not when we hadn't used the sink.

Liked: Well it was mayhem when we arrived, we had to go to 2 different hotels to unload and load our language because we didn't now which hotel was correct, no one had answer. Our room was not ready until 9 :00pm, un acceptable as my wife has a medical issue. Parking and getting into check in was ridiculous. The inconvenience was horrible
Disliked: Room was great once we got it, food was exceptional Casino was fun.

If you want to be...

Disliked: No breakfast room , they ask for you passport when checking in . Then they ask for your passport to go to the casino for dinner which by the way was empty . Twice I had to go up to my room to get the passport . I have stayed here before and no problem however I will never return to this hotel.
