Liked: rooms are comfy and spacious
Disliked: The customer service at check-in was atrocious. There was no one at the front desk except for Diamond tier and Seven Star members. I wanted to ask if I could check in early on the machines but was completely ignored. Others got in the regular line as well. People would come out from the back, see that people were waiting, and still ignored us. I finally decided to use the machine and paid the extra $15.00 to do early check-in. When I got to the room I was assigned it was still a mess from the previous guests (no maid service yet). I had to walk all the back from the Centurion Tower to the front desk. By now I'm tired, and sweating bc I'm carrying two bags and a coat. I decided to get in the Diamond Tier line. I waited another 20 minutes until I could get a new room assignment. It took me an hour from start to finish to check in. I'm a pretty patient and understanding person but even I was wearing thin.
