Really nice

Liked: Clean, all processes were smooth and convenient
Disliked: I liked everything accept no microwave, 20 minute wait for drinks in the casino

Liked: The location is perfect to all the attractions and shopping mall.
Disliked: Although it’s an excellent safety feature but having to use the key card to use the elevators leading to the rooms.

Enjoyed the trip but never...

Liked: Closeness to casino. You can choose any other hotel, not necessarily this.
Disliked: * it says 26 floor but we are sure we weren’t that high* requested room service for water and toothbrush but nothing was given* had a hard time communicating with front desk. Always on hold and nothing goes through
