Disappointed

Liked: The price.
Disliked: Okay, I travel almost every weekend staying in different hotels, I very rarely give a bad review however, the good thing, price and staff was friendly. The beds were horrible!! It was like sleeping on a cement slab😩 the pillows were supposed to be memory foam they were hard as bricks. There was mold growing in the corner of the bathroom, it was FREEZING the heating unit in the window was not enough I bought a space heater, the floor was heaving up so I was constantly tripping on the the slabs, no dresser, no place to put your suit cases. TV has limited channels. No coffee pots or cups no Kleenex, bare essentials. But like I said price was good staff was nice and it was quiet.

Disliked: Room was musty. The front door had a minimal lock. The bar next door was loud.

Friendly vintage motel, in a...

Liked: Although old, the rooms had modern comfort and were very clean. We appreciated the homey feeling and the nice owners. The motel is situated on a state road, but it is relativy calm at night. The creek and bushes with the signing frogs at night helped us sleep.
Disliked: We would have appreciated easily opening windows, a kettle and a second chair.
