Liked: It is also a mile away from restaurants or coffee. So a car or taxi is required to reach the harbor, downtown or Montecito. You can walk to the Stearn Wharf or the Harbor, but it's a mile each way. But this location makes for a great morning walk on the beach.
Disliked: If I prepaid my fee, why was a $250 deposit needed? Parking is a serious issue. Not enough.

Amazing little spot rite along...

Liked: Location! Price! Steps away from the beach. You can listen to the waves crashing from your room! Even can hear the sea lions from the hotel! The landscaping of this place was gorgeous and very well maintained.
Disliked: Options of food near by isn’t much.
