Great location but dirty

Disliked: Pool area full of potential but absolutely filthy. Tv in room went out and had no signal, the level of filth all over anything hvac related is gross. Facility needs either an updating or at the bare minimum a deep deep cleaning.

Liked: the staff was friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast was fabulous. right down the street from Santas Village. the kids loved the pool as well

Liked: The views over the area were nice. Proximity to Santa’s village a huge plus.
Disliked: Dated pool. Inside but water was cold giant patch job at end of pool that looks bad. Air hockey table in game room doesn’t even have enough air flow to allow the puck to glide.

Liked: Wonderful value for the price. Good location and comfortable rooms. Family friendly. GREAT Pool and hot tub! Free Breakfast!

Very unpleasant day

Disliked: The place is in decline. It’s gone downhill over the years. The pool was closed. The breakfast was horrible. Had a little bit of a stench to it and sleeping in the bed. Was like sleeping on concrete. I won’t be staying there anymore.
