Good location. Nice staff. Generally...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: A bit surprised by how tired some parts of our room was. The shelf barely hanging on and the rotten / water damaged walls in the bathroom and peeling bedroom wallpaper. Definitely needs some maintenance.Disappointed to be told if we booked direct with them we would've had a nicer room (not roadside etc - despite none of this mentioned in the booking.com listing) - would've rather been oblivious to be honest! It was rather loud with students in the early hours.

Liked: We loved the location and how dog friendly the owners are! Super happy to help with any questions and put us at the end of the row to not bother others! Nice big park down the road for the pupRoom was super clean, lots of space even though we had a huge crate. Couch and tv to entertain. Bed was comfortable! Our room was super warm and we didn't even have the heater on
Disliked: Only downfall was some other people upstairs who were quite loud using the stairs, but that's not on the owners!
