Liked: Staff were exceptional, especially the pool service staff.
Disliked: A mini bar would be handy since Broome shuts early for a late night snack attack.

Liked: Staff were excellent and the rooms were good.
Disliked: Although off season we did pay top dollar for the ocean view rooms but still had to pay for breakfast on top of this. That was certainly a turn off for us.

Exceptional

Liked: Exceptional service by all staff, everyone we passed by had a huge smile and greeting for us. Didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Plenty of activities to keep us occupied between lounges by the pool. Cichetti for dinner was absolutely delicious, can highly recommend the gnocci served with beautiful Wilyabrup wines. We ordered the lunch hamper for Christmas day and it was a bargain for $99 filled with prawns, smoked salmon, salads, loaf of baked bread and heaps more. Our room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily, we had resident wallabies and bungarras walking around and through the grounds. I loved that the bungalows were a good distance apart too. We felt like every effort was made for us and loved our stay. Hope to be back again soon!
