Liked: They made great use of space and the price was very competitive. Good balcony too.

Cheap but worse than expected

Liked: Great location near the central station and the city center
Disliked: The bathroom was interesting, you control both the shower and the tap at the sink, which is very unpractical.The shower head was absolutely terrible. Barely any water came out.The room was too warm, despite opening the windows in February.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly, polite, and professional staff. Clean warm room, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Having to ask for milk, on arrival, no milk in room, after 2nd day service, no milk left in room.

Liked: Excellent location close to Copenhagen central station.
Disliked: I was upgraded to a captain’s room but in all honesty it didn’t feel like much of an upgrade. The bathroom was more of a wet room cupboard and the pillows on the bed were way too soft. Also I was located right next to the huge exterior hotel sign which illuminated the room during the night.

Liked: Very nice place. The hotel is quite close to the Copenhagen train station, and very close to bus stops and to the pubs area. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The price was among the lowest in the area.
Disliked: It was not possible to raise the temperature in the room.
