Cheap and pretty cheerful place...

Liked: It’s a nice budget motel in a convenient location for travelers to the Kannapolis / Concord area. It’s clean and well maintained, and my room was spacious. And to be situated close to a highway and some railroad tracks, it was reasonably quiet, too. And I find myself really liking the contrast walks and trim in my room.
Disliked: I think the property dates from the 70s and feels a little tired in some ways, but there are some nice touches here and there that make it feel cared for.

Liked: A clean, safe budget friendly option. Front desk was super helpful and kind. Stayed 3 nights and was very happy.

Liked: Pretty quiet, clean for the most part
Disliked: Room was beat up and falling apart. Looked like some one took a hammer to the floor. Sitting chair stained, bedding had multiple burn holes, water pressure sucked in shower. Switch plates falling off walls ac dirty.
