Quite hotel in good and...

Liked: Place is close to metro stationStaff was very helpfulRooms have balcony so is good for smokers
Disliked: Poor of choice on breakfast, need to improve very muchSink was defective/broken Distance between faucet and sink is very short so that washing the hands are not so easy No restaurant facility after breakfast time

Liked: No breakfast provided for that money paid . staff are helpful at reception quick check in
Disliked: Payment processing is tiring not straight forward through booking.com as I booked but hotel keeps emailing me for payment when they should just take it when I booked on booking .

Good

Liked: Small and friendly hotel that was good value for money
Disliked: Not a big deal but no restaurant for breakfast or evening meal but you are in Madrid and it's easy to find great places to eat
