Disliked: The room location was pretty poor, high floor, several stairs, very low hallway to arrive, no windows other than roof vellum

The location was amazing for...

Liked: It was plentiful. Usual variety with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and some cooked foods including boiled eggs. The setting was beautiful.
Disliked: For some reason we had a handicap bathroom. Perhaps because I asked not to be on the 4th floor. The room was lovely and close to the elevator and breakfast room.

Liked: Historic room on the piano nobile with fresco fragments for a generous breakfast. Staff cheerful and helpful.
Disliked: The cooked breakfast options were rather sketchy for the UK/US taste but the clientele at least in March were mainly Italian. We and one German couple were the exception.

Lovely hotel in renovated palazzo...

Liked: Lovely position on main square. Double glazed airtight new windows, so very quiet. Modern room and facilities.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: No where comfortable to sit, either in my room or in the hotel. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a hotel, just a room with access to a breakfast room.
