Liked: People there genuinely make you feel welcome. Personal letter arrival at room and a complimentary pasta packet in middle of your stay. Small stuff but it touches you. Breakfast is good. Room bit smallish but comfy and tastefully done. Luggage can be kept after check out and voluntary giving the direction to the rest room to freshen up. Location is near the station and for visiting other monuments.

Liked: It is clean, towels & toiletries are changed everyday, stuff is nice, they even leave a little gift in the room for you. Very pleasant stay. Also, breakfast is soooo good.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say.

Liked: Very near the train status on, walking distance everywhere. Very service-minded employees. Big room, with balcony.
Disliked: Clean, but it could cleaner especially carpets.

Wonderful place to stay

Liked: Lovely hotel! Very clean and prime location. Daniele and Alessio were incredibly helpful and kind and when I arrived my room had been upgraded! I was very well taken care of.
