Liked: They really go above and beyond to make sure we are having a great stay. The small touches like the coffee counter, the welcome drinks, make the stay even more special. Good location, the room was very clean, the service was excellent, Giulia from the reception was great, very friendly and helpful! We really just have compliments to everyone in the team, the team makes the hotel what it is, and they are really doing absolutely amazing. I am graduated in Tourism and hospitality and after 12 years working in the area I can said that.

Great staff, cute little gym...

Liked: The staff were fantastic. John (I think that's his name - a handsome tall guy with dark hair) who checked us in, was helpful and friendly and directed us to the nearby restaurant, Piante Luna, where we went for dinner twice in a row! John also gave us coupons for welcome drinks - which we claimed at their bar counter the night we arrived. The lounge area, though bit small, was cosy and they had free snacks to go with your wine. I totally enjoyed the crossing with ham and cheese. Thank you for a nice touch! :) We really enjoyed their little gym too - much needed after all the pasta and pizza in Italy! :)
Disliked: The room they gave us for the three of us was a little tight and the bath kept flooding while we showered. Something wrong with the drainage I believe. Also, because the shower did not have a shower curtain or door, the floor kept getting wet. Not enjoyable to step on a soggy bathmat at all.

it was indeed a good...

Liked: staff was very good and co-operative. location of the hotel was very good. all kinds of foods are available at walking distance to the hotel and metro is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
Disliked: only bad thing was room are very small what we do book by booking.com however property has bigger rooms as well. this I experienced when I book another room for my friend for 2 nights directly from the hotel and it was big.

Liked: Location is excellent and it is so near to metro station and Milan Centrale train station . Rooms are clean. Staffs are very helpful and warm greetings. Special Thanks to Mr. Dario

Liked: Location was the biggest advantage. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Soundproofing was poor. We could hear footsteps from above and door banging from the same level.
